点评:My hotel in San Jose had shut down prior to us arriving so had to rebook accommodation short notice and found a room at the Selina Hotel which was fine. I asked reception to organise a shuttle for the morning as I had an early flight but did not ask which company they used and did not think to question it! Paradise Shuttle asked for a pre-payment which I completed for 40 dollars and arranged for it to come early (0545). By 0600 there was still no transfer. I asked the receptionist to call them and she was advised that they were not coming and I would get a refund but nothing was put in writing. I did not cancel the payment fast enough on my credit card and there have been no responses to my messages through their website for a refund (and reading the reviews on here there never will be!). Unless you wish to drop 40 dollars into the toilet book an uber or a different company!
