点评:Trip of a lifetime. The scenery was beyond beautiful and unattainable to the general public because of the remote ride. We were late getting started to our first campsite but it turned out ok. The deer flies, horseflies and mosquitos were horrid at the first camp. The tent had a dirt floor with some carpeting. There were cots with pads for us to put our sleeping bags on and we all slept ok. We left for our second campsite the next day and it was a long, rough ride. I would recommend a short break in the last leg of the journey to the second campsite. At that site it was another tent with dirt floor but many fewer bugs. We settled in for our 3 night stay. We had the following day as a free time day which we all took advantage of to rest. We heated water in a big pot from the spring to take a sponge bath and we all felt better after that. 4th day we rode to the headwaters of the Missouri River and that was a great ride. We returned to camp for our last night and packed for the ride out the next morning. The food served by Casey was wonderful each night from Kabobs, Pizza, Fajitas and Burgers, all cooked over an open campfire. The two wranglers with us and the owner, Casey, took very good care of us and were very mindful for our safely. If you want a true "cowboy" experience I highly recommend this trip. Take sunscreen, bug spray and lip balm!
