6 hours of paid miserable experience

点评：I’m genuinely shocked by the high reviews for this company. I’ve been diving and snorkeling for over 20 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Before the trip, I messaged them because it was windy in the south of the island and wanted to confirm if we were still heading out. They assured me it wasn’t windy in the north where we were going—which turned out to be a complete lie! From the start of the journey to the end, the conditions were even windier. They drove us an hour and a half north, which I initially assumed was to find calmer water, but that was clearly not the case.
I am an advanced certified diver and a strong swimmer. I felt the water conditions were completely unsafe to enter in (unfortunately not able to attached the video in tripadvisor). When I voiced these safety concerns, our “guide” just laughed at me. And the “guide” didn’t enter the water with us. When I asked how he would know if we drowned in this water, I again got a laugh..
Needless to say the conditions and visibility were extremely poor. And don’t expect to see turtles in this “turtle island”. The reef is mostly bleached white from over tourism with barely any fish surviving on it. Their boat is also barebones with no shelter from the wind conditions.
I usually choose PADI-certified dive centers because I trust they follow proper safety standards and select dive sites based on conditions and environmental health. This company failed miserably on both fronts. I fully intend to file a complaint with PADI and request a chargeback through my credit card, because I don’t want to support an operation this unsafe.
I hope this review helps others avoid wasting six hours—and their money—on such a miserable experience

我通常会选择PADI认证的潜水中心，因为我相信他们会遵守正确的安全标准，并根据水域状况和环境健康状况选择潜点。这家公司在这两方面都做得非常糟糕。我打算向PADI投诉，并通过信用卡申请退款，因为我不想支持这种不安全的潜水活动。
