Mid-Norfolk Railway的点评
点评：Four generations of our family went on The Polar Express last night and what a night it was! I'm 72 and the youngest is 10 months old and we all loved the experience. I believe it helps to have watched the film to appreciate just how talented the performers are. Their energy and enthusiasm was amazing and contagious and they stayed in character the whole time. Our Conductor looked and sounded very much like the character in the film. He punched all our golden tickets, some had words punched into them and one had BELIEVE punched into his. Father Christmas visited our carriage giving out little silver bells to everyone and a mischievous elf joined the fun. We were served very good quality large chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate. They also were able to offer an alternative for anyone with food allergies.
Be realistic and don't expect an authentic steam train or a fast train journey, safety of passengers and the performers who are dancing in the aisle has to be considered. In my opinion and 'journey' is not the important part. There were some Christmas lights along the track and we even saw Father Christmas as we travelled slowly past.
A big shout out to the performers in Dancer carriage.
We will be booking for 2025.
