I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider speaking with your employees to ensure customers receive more careful and considerate advice in the future. Knowing that one of there employee made the mistake didn’t have the decency, to offer me another charm the one. The one I had they do not make it any longer. And customer service says they can’t find any orders on my husband‘s name to wash hands.!!!!
