Kuo Spa的点评
点评：This spa is wonderful. It's located in Hacienda Belen and not too far outside of San Jose. There seems to be a lack of upscale spas in the area, so I'm glad I found Kuo.
You walk through a rotunda to access it and then walk into a boutique with the concierge. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I arrived early to use their outdoor hot tub and shower, which was lovely. I really enjoyed the lounge area. My service, a body scrub, was fantastic. It was so relaxing and I did not want it to end. My esthetician was so kind and warm. I wish I had booked two treatments.
Kuo Spa would be five stars, but they have some room for improvement. I would recommend a dedicated website, with a treatment menu, with pricing, and easy to find phone numbers, WhatsApp info, and email contact. I understand this is Costa Rica, but there were two huge spider webs in the rotunda (with the spiders in them) and those should be removed. Additionally, the ants in and around the hot tub need to be taken care of. I stayed at Hacienda Belen, and visited another outdoor hot tub, and there were no issues, so it's clearly possible.
I highly recommend Kuo Spa, even if you are not a hotel guest. It was a lovely experience.
