点评：We came here as we got married here 25 years ago and thought for our silver anniversary we would go back, how wrong we were, from the start it all went wrong, we asked for a room looking over the golf course but we got a dark and horrible room looking over the car park, my wife went to phone reception but the phone didn't work so she had to go downstairs to the poor girl on reception to be told it was the best room but no it wasn't as we've stayed here before, we were told to come back the next day, we refused to shower in the bathroom as it was filthy, we didn't even unpack, we went for our food and the wife ordered a well done steak and mine was medium rare, it came out the wife's plate running in blood and mine was more like blue so got sent back, I ate mine as it was 8pm, when the wife's came back it was still rare so she compained again but it was too late and she had gone past being hungry by then, we went back to our room and the tv didn't work very well, we were offered another room and this one was nice and sunny, we went for a swim to find most of the lockers were broken and couldn't be locked or missing the doors as they had been ripped off, we went for our cream tea and this was perfect in the upstairs bar, the only problem is this bar shuts at 9pm, pity really as would be good to sit here and watch the sun go down, we asked if it was a different chef that day and was told yes it was the head chef on, this food came out perfect, completely different from 25 year's ago now owed by a franchise and needs upgrading
