Our experience with this taxi company was nothing short of a nightmare. We were a group of 10 traveling from Ayia Napa to Paphos when we encountered serious issues with their service. The driver was pleasant enough, but that’s where the positive experience ended.
During our journey, we made a stop for a break near Limassol. Upon returning to the taxi, the driver informed us of a mechanical issue and that he could not continue. We spent over an hour trying to assist him, but when we explained that we were already running late, he simply refused to call another taxi for us, citing that no other cars were available. He even suggested we flag down a taxi on the side of the road ourselves. This was beyond frustrating, especially considering the urgency of our situation.
After managing to find another taxi on our own, which ended up costing us a lot more due to the time crunch, the manager of the company had the audacity to call us and demand we pay half the fare despite the fact that we had been stranded. When I explained the situation to him, his response was rude and dismissive, even yelling at me. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to make things right. It became clear that he only cared about getting his money, with zero regard for the customer’s experience or wellbeing.
This company’s lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. If you value your time and want reliable service, do not use this taxi company. The manager is dishonest and cares only about profit, not the people who pay for their service.
