点评:Don’t waste your money on meet and greet
I always use this taxi service for Heathrow and will continue to do so, however I won’t make the mistake of paying for meet and greet again. This was the first and last time I’ve opted for this additional service as it was an unpleasant experience.
Despite booking a time and providing flight details there was no one at arrivals to meet us.
Look, I live in the real world and these things happen. That’s not the point. The issue is how incidents are handled and in this case, it was very bad.
I received an automated text that provided the number plate and mobile of the driver. What followed were 2 calls I had to make to their main office and 2 calls to the driver.
Their office told me the driver was waiting for me while the driver was telling me he hadn’t parked.
So, what I ended up with was their usual service without meet and greet but was still charged for it.
Lesson learnt.
