点评：This was our second stay at Pine Needles and our second round of golf there this year. We were there in March and loved it so we came back in November while visiting our daughter and family in North Carolina for Thanksgiving. This is a very special place with an outstanding golf course and staff at the lodge which are welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. The lodge itself is old school with plenty of tradition and atmosphere and leaves its counterpart at Pinehurst which has a factory-like atmosphere in the dust. If you want to play the best courses at Pinehurst suggest you stay at Pine Needles and commute to Pinehurst but you won't go wrong opting for the golf package at Pine Needles, Mid-Pines, and Southern Pines, all terrific golf courses. We ate dinner at the bar 2 nights out of three and it was excellent, from the steak to the ribs to the shrimp specials with very reasonable prices.
