点评:I like their sofas, we've actually gotten two of them in the past few years, one in my place in Italy which we liked well enough that we decided to also get one for our place in England. My issue is not with the product but with the customer service, which is completely inadequate. Both times delivery was much delayed beyond what was forecast, and I only ever got updates when I chased them. Long lead and delivery times aside, the one we bought for England arrived with damage to both arms and a pin missing, which attaches the 2 sides of the L together. The two sides of the sofa do not align correctly either, which is quite noticeable. I have chased them so many times for the missing piece to be sent and after 6 months it still has not been, which feels like straight up negligance. I will be investigating how to make a formal complaint, as they have an obligation to their customers, even those who are overseas.
