Fantastic Day Out for Animal Lovers

点评：My wife and I live locally and we were looking for something fun to do. If you love animals, The Goatery is the place for you. We were told about the farms origins and then went meet the goats. Brown Bart, their first goat greeted us all. He is impossible to miss because he is super friendly and massive. There were tree branches that were given to us so we could feed the goats. There were also 4 donkeys there as well to protect the goats who came over to socialize a bit. We then went to see the cows. They can get a little cranky so we left them alone. Our next stop was to visit the pigs. They loved being scratched and happily snorted their approval. The last stop were the teenager and baby goats. Make sure you move through the gate quickly! They are pretty bratty and want to get out just because they can. There was a little girl in the group who wanted to see the chickens. Our guide took us over to the coup. He then let the little girl collect some eggs! There are eggs and various types of goat cheese for sale. We purchased the blueberry honey goat cheese. It is smooth and creamy. The Goatery was a great day out. I highly recommend it
