点评：I visited Las Sima de las Cotorras in Chiapas and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely warm, which made me feel welcome straightaway. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of my stay.
The food was excellent and the accommodation was comfortable, clean and peaceful, allowing me to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The view of the natural sinkhole was stunning, especially early in the morning when the birds begin to fly. It is a sight I will never forget.
The via ferrata was one of the best experiences of my life. It was exciting, safe and beautifully organised. Entering one of the caves was absolutely spectacular, a moment that made the entire visit even more special.
This place offers nature, adventure and genuine human warmth. I would recommend it 100 per cent to anyone visiting Chiapas.
