点评：My partner and I booked the 7-Day Virachey National Park tour which took us through jungle and forest up to the Phnom Veal Grasslands.
We had a fantastic time, the difficulty level described as challenging, and we would agree that it was challenging, but made easier by the well planned daily distances, early starts, ported bags and regular, delicious meals. Beyond that, it was invaluable to have the support and company of the ranger, guide and porter, who really made it special. We wanted to praise them particularly; Born, the ranger, Pat the guide, and Loy the porter made us feel safe and comfortable always. The food was exceptional, the route was fun and the hospitality we received from them and Sithy, the online coordinator of the tour, went above and beyond. If you are going to take this tour in the wet season, as we did, make sure to bring shoes with good grip and long sleeves - it will be slippy at the best of times, and a mud slide at the most challenging parts, plus the addition of bugs will mean covering your skin is important. That being said, there is fresh running water at every overnight stop, so we always got washed and dry at the end of every day which was a huge benefit.
