Château De Saulon La Rue的点评
点评：Small details were disappointing and the property itself seems tired.
The building is on a large property with gardens and a pool though the grounds have not been kept up, no flower pots, some areas taped off for repair and weeds along the steps - not as beautiful as it could be. Outdoor furniture was missing cushions. The pool was 60F so not swimmable for us. The pool area is kept locked before 8:30 AM and staff handed over a set of keys to open rather than open it themselves.
Breakfast was lovely though staff were efficient but not warm.
The room was fine but the pillows were uncomfortable. Oddly, the cleaning service did not replenish water, toilet paper or towels during our 3 day stay and only paper cups provided to drink out of in the room. There were no WiFi instructions left in the room so we had to inquire.
I don’t think this hotel meets its 4 star rating.
