点评：Visited as part of a group from our river cruise ship .
This was one of the highlights of our cruise . We had a local guide who walked around with us , pointing out the sights to look at & telling us about Monet & his home .
Lovely to walk through the house , you felt as if he had just popped out into the garden & would return in a moment. Nice memories to keep as able to take photos inside .
A definite “ must see” , we were very lucky with the weather & had a warm & sunny visit.
There are adequate facilities around the site . We stopped at the shop where there were plenty of items to purchase. There was a small outdoor/ indoor coffee shop . It also had beer & wine which was very reasonably priced .
The museum was an additional charge to your entry ticket , which was a shame .
Would certainly recommend a visit here it was wonderful to walk around the gardens and see the “lily pond “ which is so famous.
Some visitors were a little tiresome with their photo taking & not giving other visitors the opportunity to take quick photos . Needed patience a couple of times …..
