Underwhelmed, overcharged and, frankly, pissed...

点评：They overcharged us $240 and then dodged our calls when we tried to get it fixed!
So, my husband booked the trip online for me and three kids (teenagers). He paid the 50% deposit of $240 at that time.
There was nobody at the place when we arrived for our ride, they got there about fifteen minutes after our booked time. The woman spent a good deal of the pre-ride briefing belittling her coworker, making us all uncomfortable. We went on the ride and the woman was abrasive to many of the other people who were trying to enjoy the beach. She yelled rudely at a group of teeange boys who were just kicking a soccer ball around, saying, "Get out of the way! You don't own the whole beach!" She also spent and incredible amount of time admonishing a few of the customers about how they were riding/handling the horses and reins. She told us not to bring cameras or phones on the ride, she would take plenty of pictures of all of us...didn't want us to lose phones... and so on. We listened, but the pictures she took were awful (blurry, mostly of the same two people). She only got my youngest son in one!
At the end of the ride, the guy with the square charged my card $240 twice, saying he forgot to charge me the full amount the first time. After we got back home, we realized what had happened and tried to call them to straighten it out. I left several messages with no response. She finally responded when my husband called pretending to be interested in a new booking. She was curt in her reply and ended the call by saying, "Ok. I'll refund it then." It's July 16th, and we still don't have a refund. She hung up on us when we got her on the phone again today, saying, "Talk to your bank."
The scenery was beautiful, but find another way to enjoy it. That woman ruined it.
