The golf course with the most spectacular views
Isle of Purbeck Golf Club的点评
点评：Our group of friends were excited to play at this club as we had read the reviews about the lovely views. It did not disappoint.
We had lunch in their restaurant which sits at the top of the ridge and has views everywhere of the sea, woodland, parkland and more.
The staff were very pleasant and the food was fine.
The first few holes gives you a false sense of confidence but very soon the following holes take you to long drives over gorseland and blind iron shots with doglegs thrown in.
In fact for the high handicap player (especially ladies who cannot hit it as far as men, the course on some holes is unplayable which is a shame.
Surely it would be sensible to have some ladies tees where a 100 yard drive to reach a fairway wasn’t necessary.
Otherwise a most enjoyable day out.
