点评：We had a very disappointing experience during our Kutzig tour yesterday.
Unfortunately, we missed our planned and prepaid wine tasting tour because the driver did not stop at the Turckheim stop. Although the driver insisted he had stopped, every passenger intending to disembark at that stop missed it. Several people raised the issue immediately, and there was still an opportunity for the driver to turn back at the nearby roundabout, but he refused. When we questioned him upon leaving the bus, the driver reacted with shocking aggression. He shouted at us to “f off”—an extremely inappropriate and unacceptable way to address passengers, especially as we were three women traveling together. Other passengers also expressed disgust at his behavior.
