We love our time with Juberson!
Masoala Travel Guide的点评
点评：Juberson has been the best guide!! One of my friends found his contact searching online and since she contacted him he's been proving that he communicates extremely well.
We told him what we wanted to do and how many days we had, and he recommended us the best options, organising all the transport, food, accommodations, etc. Speaking of food: it was a mixture of rice, meat, fresh fish caugh on the day, potatoes, beans, etc. All of it very tasty! The transport was a mixture of boat, motortaxi and walking and the accommodations varied: tent, lodges, rural hotels...
He's an experienced official guide for Masoala and Nosy Mangabe, 2 incredible places he knows like the palm of his hand, which translates into him finding loads of wildlife: lemurs, geckos, frogs, birds and all sorts. He's got great knowledge about the animals and plants you can find in these areas and he'll answer any question you have; We've learnt loads about malagasy culture, the growing of vanilla, traditions, uses of some plants, and possibly most importantly a sentence Juberson will say a lot: no rice no life! Malagasy people eat an insane amount of rice daily!
Something we also witnessed it that the locals respect him. After these 8 days we've seen how much he values the local community and how hard he tries to protect both the people and the wildlife, making sure he hires locals and even tries to teach them the importance of taking care of their natural resources.
I'm not sure when I'll be back in Madagascar, but when I do I'll contact him again and do another tour with him. I 100% recommend Juberson!
