Fun interesting course, tee to green in good shape, bumpy greens, great food

点评：My wife (index 27) and I (index 15) played the Port course on an early Thursday afternoon. The course was interesting, fair, attractive, and required you to hit all type of shots. Tee to green the course was in good shape, however the greens were slightly slow and bumpy and you could still see the waffling pattern from relatively recent aeration. No smiles from the grumpy pro shop attendant, but the starter kept us moving along and we actually teed off slightly early. There is a driving range, but it is literally several hundred yards down the road and you really need to use your vehicle to get there. There are two large putting greens and you can reasonably chip onto one, but no practice bunker. The putting green was fast and true, and thus on the day we played not representative of the actual greens.
We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. The food came out promptly from the kitchen. (Try the Buffalo chicken quesadilla.) The waitstaff was very attentive, checking in with us and spontaneously refilling drinks.
