点评：My husband and I just got back from a 10-day trip to Banff and Lake Louise, and honestly, it was such an amazing experience.
Everything was handled for us from the start, which made the whole trip feel really easy and stress-free—airport pickup, getting between hotels, all the excursions, etc. We were able to just enjoy it without worrying about logistics.
Every day was something different—beautiful hikes, seeing the lakes and waterfalls (which are even more stunning in person), and spotting wildlife. One of the coolest parts for me was hiking in the snow with microspikes for the first time. Not only did you provide them, but you also let us borrow them the next day, which we really appreciated.
There were also so many little touches that didn’t go unnoticed—like the welcome gift with Canadian chocolate and gin (such a fun surprise), and the fresh pastries, snacks, drinks, and even hot coffee or hot chocolate on our outings. Those small details really made a difference and made everything feel extra special.
We also want to say thank you to Andrew, Matt, Colleen, and Carol. You were all so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. We always felt taken care of, and it meant a lot that you adjusted things based on what we wanted to do and how we were feeling each day.
Overall, it just felt like a really high-quality, well-thought-out experience, and we came home with some incredible memories. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering a trip like this.
