More audio guides or smaller tour groups required ….

点评：We visited the Kaiser Villa and completed a tour. Of course it was in German, which we expected, however we were told we would receive audio guides. When we arrived for our tour we were told there were no more audio guides and we were handed 2xA4 laminated pink sheets to read as we went along. They were very brief in the detail provided and obviously rather worn - so unhygienic too. I think that in 2026 they should have the option of an audio tour app or at the very least enough audio guides for all those on the tour - we all paid the same and should have access to the same information! What little information we received on the sheets was interesting but obviously a lot was missing. Also as a former tour guide myself in a tourist attraction there were too many people on the tour given that a number of the rooms are rather small. And of course if there had been fewer booked on the tour there would have been audio guides for all who needed them! I expressed my opinion to the staff at the Kaiser Villa who are themselves very pleasant and were apologetic.
翻译：我们参观了凯泽别墅并完成了导览。正如我们所料，讲解全程都是用德语进行的。原本我们被告知会提供语音导览服务。可当我们参加导览时，却被告知没有语音导览设备了，只给了我们两张A4大小的塑封粉色纸质资料来边看边听讲解。这些资料内容极为简略，而且明显已经用得很旧了——卫生状况也令人堪忧。我认为，到2026年时，他们应该提供语音导览应用供游客使用；或者至少要为所有参加导览的游客配备足够的语音导览器——我们都支付了同样的费用，理应获得相同的信息！虽然我们拿到的资料很有趣，但显然还缺少了大量信息。另外，作为曾在某旅游景点担任过导游的人，我觉得这次参团人数实在太多了，毕竟不少房间的空间相当有限。当然，如果报名参加游览的人数少一些，那么所有有需要的人就都能用到语音导览器了！我把自己的意见告诉了凯泽别墅的工作人员，他们人都很友善，也表示了歉意。
