点评：On 4/26/25 I spent $2,549.70 for 28 trees. I took these trees home and planted them 1 day later. I watered these trees faithfully every evening. On June 27th I noticed a few of the trees turning brown. I called into boyerts and told them I have a few dying and they need to replace them, Mr Boyert told me that he will replace them at a cost of 50% off the regular price of the trees, not 50% of the 30% off price I paid? I said you mean to tell me that I spent over $2,400 at your place and you're not going to cover these trees like most places do? he said it's on the receipt what our policy is so basically, it's no skin off them and they get their money no matter if they sell me sick trees? he said he would them charge me 30% of the retail price, I didn't agree to them pulling this on me but what choice do I have so I paid the 30% for 3 new trees. Now we fast forward to July 9th and I have 7 more trees dying, I called into Mr. Boyert and he says he will order the 7more trees at me paying 50% of retail for the trees, I said what happened to the 30%, he said he can't do this??? I am absolutely livid that I now have over $1,000. worth of dead trees that they sold me and they won't do anything about it other than charge me for selling me sick trees. This place cares noting about the consumer and doesn't care about selling dying products to people. I will not buy anything from the place aver again.
