Disappointing and cruel conditions for animals

点评：This was our first time visiting and we went for the toddler morning 0-5. It was extremely underwhelming. Most of the park is shut and you are only able to access the area behind the cafe. Downstairs is a soft play and mini golf which aren’t suitable for the age group. There are 2 rides downstairs and one upstairs but the only open once an hour so if you don’t happen to be in that area you miss the chance to ride. The soft play is very small and needs a refurb, the miniature town even worse, we go to a lot of these little play towns and this is by far the worst. The animal hospital had no animals in it, the shop had broken and crushed plastic food and biro scribbled £1 signs.
The worst bit for me was the animal area. It is really not good and quite depressing, half the enclosures are empty and you sort of wish the ones that aren’t, were because the animals look thin and undernourished (especially the reindeer), there is nothing stimulating for them other than some ripped up toilet roll cardboard in the prairie dog enclosure. There are weeds everywhere and the animals look absolutely miserable it really broke my heart. The ducks ‘pond’ was full of rubbish that they were miserably pecking at.
Will not be going back and would not recommend.
