点评：Taken to airport no problem. We asked the driver if he could pick us up on our return, no problem he said. Took all our details, we paid upfront to Diamond and never saw him again. When I queried this on our return, we were told the first driver had taken a holiday. Why would he take all our details from us and then book a holiday? We felt he had departed from the company as he was unhappy with them
The return driver was not waiting as stated, he was on his way we were advised. Thought they kept on eye on the flights so would arrive on time to pick us up. Never met such a miserable person in my life, no conversation at all, looked as though he really loved his work, I don’t think. His English was very difficult to understand so perhaps that was why he did not speak.
This company is cheaper than most and we now realise why.
