Beautiful butterflies in a small quaint butterfly garden - can get busy!

No admission prices displayed on arrival, and prices were adult £6.50, child £4.50 and toddler £1.50. A butterfly spotter sheet is given out with guidance on the back.
Hundreds of butterflies flying round in a poly tunnel with lots of plants and flowers. Was much smaller than we imagined, but still fun. Narrow path to walk along, watching out for any butterflies on the floor. Various species of butterflies, lots of different and colours.
As it is small, it doesn't take many visitors to get very busy - we just kept returning to the tunnel after a while when a bit quieter. This was fine as we got very hot in the butterfly garden.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars - we watched a couple of young ladies releasing the newly hatched butterflies from their netted enclosures into the main enclosure. One lady in particular was very rough in grabbing the butterflies and didn't appear to be sensitive to their fragility. We visited later and several butterflies in that location were either dead or appeared dead. The children found this upsetting.
There was a bug activity tent with a few butterfly related activities to do. And a little train ride that goes round in a circle for a few pounds.
The cafe was lovely. Deliciously fresh baked cakes and hot savouries. Numerous hot and cold drinks. All reasonably priced. Minimal seating indoors, but several picnic tables outside.
