My family and I arrived on time for a $500 all-day prepaid rental SxS. The man who runs the rental business was not at the park. The park employee called him for us, and then gave me her phone to speak with him directly. He did not apologize and said he completely forgot about our rental. He didn’t have a fully operational rental vehicle for us because the vehicle he intended for us to use had recently been totaled. He said he has been working on it the day before, but there was still more work to do.
He said if we wanted to wait an hour, if he could get the parts needed to repair it, he could come to the park and try to get it repaired for us. We had driven nearly an hour already and didn’t want to wait for over an hour with the hope that he might be able to fix a totaled vehicle… nor would we feel safe in a recently repaired vehicle with extensive damage!
After reading other reviews, I think we dodged a bullet as other reviewers have said this man holds them financially responsible for the already-damaged, poorly maintained vehicles.
On top of all this, the owner was extremely aggressive and rude to me on the phone— raising his voice and even cussing at me. I did not raise my voice to him or speak in a harsh way at all. I’ve never had any other business treat me, their customer, this poorly! He said he could issue a refund, once he had the money available in the bank again! He didn’t know when that would be or how soon I might get my $500 back so I filed a dispute with my credit card’s bank. If I hadn’t done this, who knows if I would ever get my money back.
As other reviewers have said, buyer beware!! An accident waiting to happen… you and/or your wallet will end up hurt!

正如其他评论者所说,买家要小心!!一场意外即将发生……你和/或你的钱包最终会受到伤害!
