Without a doubt, St. Thomas Water Sports LLC is the BEST excursion company on the island! If you’re planning a trip to St. Thomas, book every excursion directly through them—you won’t regret it. We booked three different excursions through St. Thomas Water Sports, and they were the absolute highlights of our vacation.
I have to give a very special thank you to Natalie, the manager, because she truly made our entire vacation effortless from the moment we booked. She went above and beyond in every possible way. Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, organized, patient, and one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She took the time to walk us through every excursion, helped us decide which experiences would be the best fit, answered every question we had, and made sure we knew exactly where to meet, what time to arrive, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect. Since this was our first trip to St. Thomas, having someone like Natalie guide us through everything gave us complete peace of mind. She made the entire process so seamless that all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Customer service like hers is incredibly rare, and she is a huge reason we booked three excursions with St. Thomas Water Sports. She is truly an incredible asset to the company, and I hope they know how fortunate they are to have her.
I also want to recognize Kianna, who was equally sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Together, Natalie and Kianna made such an amazing team. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine excitement for helping visitors experience the best of St. Thomas made every interaction enjoyable. You can immediately tell they love what they do, and it shows.

3. the Glow Boats LED Night Kayak Tour, and every single excursion exceeded our expectations. Their recommendations were perfect and we couldn’t have been happier.
Every captain and crew member we met throughout our excursions was exceptional. Every experience was organized, safe, professional, educational and so much fun. It didn’t matter which excursion we were on, everyone treated us with genuine kindness and made us feel welcomed from beginning to end. The consistency across every crew really speaks to the amazing culture at St. Thomas Water Sports from Natalie and Kianna to the crew on the Cat IV and kayaking guides! Truly go above and beyond!
One piece of advice for anyone visiting St. Thomas: don’t let the weather forecast scare you! Island weather changes constantly and the weather man is rarely correct when it comes to rain and storms lol. Even if rain is predicted, it often never happens, or it’s just a quick passing shower before the beautiful sunshine returns. We almost stressed over the forecast for one day whenever we first got there, but thankfully we listened to the locals—and they were absolutely right. Every excursion turned out beautifully. Relax, enjoy paradise, and don’t cancel your plans because of the forecast… that never even happened… it NEVER rained the days it said it was suppose too and if we would of cancelled we would of never experienced these amazing, phenomenal, once in a lifetime experiences! Keep in mind we visited during hurricane season and it was stunning and perfect weather! So live your life and don’t worry about those things that aren’t in our control!
Thank you so much to Natalie, Kianna, and the entire St. Thomas Water Sports team for making our first trip to St. Thomas so unforgettable. You exceeded every expectation we had and created memories that we’ll cherish forever. We only wish we had more time on the island because we would have booked even more adventures with you.
