Disgusting customer service from the booking office
波卡儿童剧团的点评
点评：Booked in for a birthday treat at the Polka Theatre as it's an easy experience for us usually. This is simply for convenience as the shows are not of great production value in my experience.
However on this occasion I misremembered the time of the show as i had booked for the morning instead of the afternoon and hence had missed it. Having been told that there were load of spare seats and that my tickets needed to be changed via SeeTickets, SeeTickets promptly replied to my enquiry form that THE BOOKING OFFICE at Polka Theatre did not support my request to change tickets to the afternoon. Why they would want to stop us from coming to the show when it wouldn't disadvantage anyone, I don't know. We would have bought ice creams and supported their cafe as usual, in addition to the ticket prices already paid.
This is very short sighted of the theatre to disenfranchise repeat customers who will now need some persuading to ever set foot in the place again.
