No Consideration Just after money.

点评：We paid for the guided tour, lunch and parking because we genuinely wanted to support the castle and enjoy our visit. During the day, we decided to take the walk around the lake. Before doing so, I specifically asked the gentleman at the coffee shop whether it would be a difficult route, as I am disabled. I was assured that the walk was even and manageable. Unfortunately, as I had not visited before and because of my disability, I misjudged how long the walk would take and returned to the car just under 30 minutes late. A week later, I was very disappointed to receive a parking fine for £60 in the post. I appealed and explained the circumstances, including how much we had spent during our visit, but I was disappointed that this did not appear to be taken into consideration. What had begun as a pleasant day out has now been overshadowed by this experience. I had planned to bring more family members to visit at Christmas, but after this, I no longer feel able to do so. It is a real shame that a visit which started so positively ended in such disappointment.
