点评：Do NOT bother! Awful experience to try and get to play on Congo Falls Adventure Golf. We got to the kiosk and were told slot not available until late afternoon. We booked for the slot but asked if there was a cancellation, to be slotted in. Whilst we were waiting, we heard another group say they would be delayed so we asked to go in their place. The co-owner (who we later discovered was called Martin) refused our admittance, even though a space was available! After having lunch at the cafe (food was tasty and service was good), we went back to the kiosk to see if any earlier slots were available. We spoke to the lady at the entrance desk who confirmed, and I quote, "there's a space in the next 10 minutes so I can slot you in, not a problem." We excitedly got ourselves ready to start the course when Martin categorically denied us entry AGAIN by seeking us out at the cafe! He said his colleague shouldn't have said a slot was available, even though she confirmed there was space! It seems like Martin was purposely disallowing us entry, purely for the sheer hell of it!
Funny that only 10 minutes later, a colleague from the cafe confirmed we could enter the course and play with no Martin to be seen.
Martin's total lack of customer service and stand-offish nature was incredibly disappointing and not what is expected at a family friendly adventure golf establishment. Safe to say, we won't be going back. Poor communication and total disregard for paying customers with a total lack of customer service.
