AVOID ! Terrible customer service and broken vans

Terrible customer service, terribly cheaply built vans. Took us 2 hours of waiting to be seen to our first vehicle. We quickly discovered the reversing camera was broken so got taken back out of it for another hour while they tried to fix it. Once they realised it was unfixable they put us into a new vehicle which took us half an hour to unload all our food and luggage into the new one. Now a whole day wasted. That evening when it started to get cold we tried to put the heater on and discovered that was broken. So we spent the night able to see our own breathes freezing. The next day we took it back to ask them to fix the heater another day wasted. After they had claimed they had fixed it when we tried to turn it on the next evening it was still broken… yet another night spent freezing. When we again took it back to be fixed now our 3rd day wasted they argued rather rudely with us saying we have to have it consistently hooked up to mains electricity. When if they just put bigger or multiple batteries on these vans it would fix the problem but they were reluctant to actually solve the problem. My opinion AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
