I got ripped off at the ticket booth!!! This lady with black long hair with glasses charged me 20k colon ($40)

点评：Staff at each waterfall was very friendly and helpful. It’s US$25 for 6 waterfalls trails. This lady at the ticket booth asked me if I was paying in US$ or colon. I had colon so I said Colon. She said 20,000 colon. No internet there and I just got there and I wasn’t aware of how much that was in US dollars. Also this guide guy told me that there was one of the waterfall at where I bought a ticket.
So after these trails I stopped there to use the bathroom and asked how I get to this waterfall. This same lady who charged me 20k colon told me I didn’t pay for it and it’s a separate charge. I didn’t do it. She had a black long straight hair with glasses (no smile, not friendly at all)
When I got to a location where I had reception I calculated how much 20k colon was in US dollars. She charged me $40!!!!! So $15 went to in her pocket. What a thief. I noticed that if you don’t speak Spanish or they figure you are a tourist they will try to rip you off.
Please be careful with this lady there at the ticket booth. So disappointed!!!!
