A Fascinating Surprise at One of Ireland's Oldest Distilleries

点评：We originally went to Bushmills to see the Giant’s Causeway and only joined the distillery tour because we had some extra time, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! The Bushmills Distillery is so interesting and beautifully presented. The tour was incredibly well done. It was informative without feeling dry, and you could really sense the history and craftsmanship behind every step of the whiskey-making process.
It’s amazing to think Bushmills is one of the oldest distilleries in Ireland, and the guides make that long tradition come to life in a way that’s engaging for everyone, even if you’re not a whiskey expert. We left with a new appreciation for the art of distilling (and a bottle of bottles of whiskey!). Highly recommend stopping in , even if, like us, you just “have some time to kill.” You’ll be glad you did.
