Worn, Broken, Dirty…It’s pretty bad here now unfortunately.
Camelback Lodge & Indoor Waterpark的点评
点评：I have stayed at the Camelback Lodge at least a half dozen times since it opened in 2015, so I already had lowered expectations (I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort, I know it’s insanely overpriced, I know the food isn’t very good etc.)- but this trip was so poor I had to write a review after all these years.
First though- every staff member I encountered was very nice. Very nice and pleasant and trying hard to do their job despite limited resources. That’s the reason that this isn’t a 1 star review.
Second- this place is just tired, old and dirty. Broken furniture everywhere. Leaking shower, broken mini refrigerator, worn down carpets. Room 192 was a two bedroom deluxe suite and it was pretty terrible except for the size. I called to get blankets and sheets and pillows for the foldout couch and also to get an extra trash can because there was only one tiny one by the broken mini fridge (bathrooms need trash cans too).
Water park has gotten pretty gross and dirty too. It looks like not a thing has been touched at all here since it opened in 2015.
I would have been absolutely furious if I paid a high season rate. Thankfully I did not.
