The hotel was understaffed and everybody running around like they had no idea what to do how to park a car how to get your luggage up to a room what to do with skis and how to get a lift ticket for the next day The lift ticket procedure is ridiculous as you have to scan a barcode from your hotel reservation, then wait for an email to come to you then you have to create an account and then you have to scan the barcode. 30 minutes later after I receive the email. I scanned the barcode and no ticket. Waited at the front desk again and they said it could take up to 2 to 3 hours before I can get my lift ticket for the next day and if I had any other further questions, I had to get shuttled up to customer service to the mountain if I had any more questions. That was their answer
