点评：If you want to get treated like a piece of sh'x this is the place for you.
Hands down the worst customers service of any place I have ever stayed. Give me a minute to paint the picture.
Traveled 5 hours for my daughters 10th birthday. Arrived at 12:30 said the room would be ready no later then 4. Probably much earlier.
We set a reservation to the best steakhouse in the area for her birthday. She loves steak was excited to go with her parents, 3 cousins and aunt and uncle.
So 4:00 comes around asked to talk to a manager. Explained that we need to get ready for ny daughters birthday dinner.
He had the balls to say to me "why do you need a room to make a reservation '??
Its because we traveled 5 hours. We are all in bathing suits. We are not goimg to a restaurant that we are spending $500 in bathing suits. Girls no make up.
Worst customer service ever and the same bad service continued all thru our trip.
We couldn't even spend our money because the employee's insisted we didn't have enough time to do.
Lasor tag at 7:30 on a Monday
The rope walk on a Monday because they close at 9.
Obvious there is no manager there
Or no one that cares about making money. Our cares about anyone coming back.
