The captain did announce on the speakers that it would be a bumpy ride.
Keep in mind we are very regular travelers on this ferry.
Nobody explained to the passengers anything about sick bags and how to use them or where they are kept or even handed any out.
My wife and I were sitting about 5 rows in from the rear of the boat opposite to the toilets.
About 30 minutes into the trip an unknown female passenger come stumbling down the aisle and ran into the back of my wife's seat and also vomited in her hair, on her side and back and also on the seat.
It was a very disgusting thing to happen to my wife and we were offered no assistance,
She had no change of clothes but was able to rinse it out of her hair
I wrote this email to the ferry company but had no response, totally ignored the customer complaint put forward.
Not a happy customer hence the review which would have never happened if they had responded to the initial complaint
Surely it's not too hard to advise passengers of the procedure if unwell and surely not too hard to respond to complaints
