点评：What an amazing experience we had snow shoeing!
James was such a wonderful guide/host. It was easy meeting up at the tourist spot. It was a short car journey to the area of the woods/open land where we went walking. He gave us some extra layers to wear which were very much needed in this weather!
The instructions he gave us about putting on the snow shoes and walking in them were very clear and he was very helpful as we had never done this before. We walked through the woods and through frozen marshland, which James told us a lot about!
He has a lot of local knowledge and told us so much about the nature. We learnt about animal footprints, the different kinds of trees, and how the snow and ice works. It was very informative as well as just being such a beautiful experience. We saw fox footprints, hare footprints, and even mice!
I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try snow shoes. We use wooden ones which are very easy to navigate. Even when my aunt tripped and fell in the snow, James was very helpful and kind. He showed her how to get up in the snow shoes, as they are awkward. It takes a little bit of learning to work out how to walk in them well, but when you do it’s such a wonderful experience.
We got to see the sunrise as well and see the sun itself, which is rare in the winter. I definitely recommend going in the morning.
Afterwards, James gave us some of his homemade vegan flapjacks and some moomin tea which tasted so so so good!! He drove us back to the tourist centre after. This was just such a great experience and I really, really recommend it. Fantastic!

我们还看到了日出，见到了太阳，这在冬天可是难得一见的。我强烈建议早上去。
之后，詹姆斯给我们做了他自制的纯素燕麦饼和姆明茶，味道真是太棒了！！之后他还开车送我们回了游客中心。这真是一次很棒的体验，我真心强烈推荐！太棒了！
