点评：We booked our narrow boat holiday and from the very start we could not fault them. They made everything so easy and every one in the company are so kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short because our little dog had become very ill. We had managed to get to Skipton from Silsby and unable to carry on any further.
I rang the out of hours service and explained our situation. The young lad that answered was very polite and said he would contact Janet and see what they could do to help us. He got back to us and said he would come and pick me up to collect our car from the yard so we could off load our belongings from the boat and head home.
I told him how awful we felt having to leave the boat were it was knowing it would put a lot of pressure on then getting it back to the yard but he made us feel we had been no problem at all when I knew we had.
We would definitely book with them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
