Absolutely brilliant experience day
Hoo Zoo And Dinosaur World的点评
点评：My son and I bought the Capybara experience and the Meerkat experience. We booked direct with the zoo and the process was very clear and easy.
The 30 minute capybara experience is only one group per day so this one gets booked up well in advance - it pays to plan ahead! There was one other couple on this experience so a group of 4 and I believe that's the maximum so as not to stress the capybara out.
Our keeper was very knowledgeable and friendly and told us all about Cinnamon and her famous escape adventure! Sadly Cinnamon wasn't feeling very sociable on this particular day and kept her distance, but we were able to meet and feed her brother Churro and their mum Chincha and Chincha even accepted some strokes!
After a quick break we then had our 1hr Meerkat Experience with a slightly larger group of 6. Again the keeper was very knowledgeable and entertaining and the meerkats were so amazing! We were lucky enough to be visiting when there were 3 new babies in the outdoor group. The collective noun for a group of meerkats is "a mob" and we certainly got mobbed - they were jumping up into our laps for food and cuddles!
Entry to the rest of the zoo was included with our tickets so we were able to visit all the other animals as well.
All the animals looked very well cared-for and happy. We had fun feeding the goats, sheep, deer, and llamas with food from the shop. The keepers and staff clearly care very much for the welfare of their animals.
A fantastic day, cannot recommend it enough.
Tip: buy direct so you get zoo admission included with your experience. The Tea Room serves very good coffee!

所有的动物看起来都得到了很好的照顾，而且都很开心。我们用商店里的食物喂山羊、绵羊、鹿和骆驼，玩得很开心。饲养员和工作人员显然非常关心动物的福祉。
美好的一天，强烈推荐。
