Overcrowded and understaffed

点评：We had the Santa Experience booked today. When we arrived all was grand. Lovely staff at reception. The Santa experience was way over crowder and the elves didn’t do much to entertain or help guild the kids. For the hour all kids were able to run freely with no guidance or interaction from the elves. It was messy at times. The elves weren’t monitoring this and at times there was lots of toys on the ground and it was very odd. There was a man who arrived, what I’m sure was a staff member came in to have the craic with the other elves and he wasn’t in an elf uniform and was drinking a coffee. It was odd.
The Polaroid camera photo was missed this year. That was such a lovely touch the last few years.
Santa was very good. We got a picture and Santa’s was basically only in half in the photo.
It was very busy and there were too many adults and kids in the session. We weren’t told about the colouring section and the dress a cookie section until we were leaving. Very disappointed for the money spent. We have been going for the last 3 years and it was never like this.
We wanted to get something to eat in the cafe. We had to go out in the rain to get to the cafe and that obviously was very inconvenient with little kids. Stayed there 20mins. There was no staff on the floor. You had to order food from the counter. Waited in line for 10mins and with very little movement in the line we had to call it a day and go elsewhere. There were no high chairs visibly available and no staff to help.
We missed out on the other activities as we had to feed the kids and go elsewhere. It was a waste of money really.

我们想在咖啡馆吃点东西。为了去咖啡馆，我们不得不冒雨出门，带着小孩显然很不方便。我们在那里待了20分钟。店里没有服务员。你必须去柜台点餐。我们排了10分钟的队，队伍几乎纹丝不动，只好放弃，去了别的地方。那里没有儿童座椅，也没有工作人员可以帮忙。
因为要喂孩子吃饭，我们错过了其他活动。真是浪费钱。
