Frio River Private Access的点评
点评：I have been vacationing at the Frio my whole life and can promise you this is by far the best spot the frio has to offer! I am so thankful Doug has chosen to share his cherished family property with the world!
The river at this location is pristine and the service is even better!
Doug and his paw-partner, Zeus, take such care of the river, its surrounding, and those whose visit! These two hosts love the frio and work hard to make sure everyone who visits loves it too!
Yes, there are quite a few rules, but honestly, the rules actually enhance everyone’s experience
Last year (2024) the water was so low you couldn’t even find a place to put your booty in it! And you could just forget about floating! And If you were able to find a hole deep enough to swim you still weren’t able to Because of the crowds!
BUT….NOT at Private Access!
This amazing place has a huge, deep, deep, deep swimming hole with lots of boulders to climb up on and jump off of.
Plus a really cool cliff to hike up and enjoy and the view from the top.
There is also a long stretch of river that is great for paddle boarding and kayaking, ( you can bring your own or rent one there for a very reasonable fee.)
There were also some short, small rapids that were just a little too shallow this year, but I can totally see my little ones floating back-and-forth when the river gets back up.
Really just so much fun for the whole family.!
What really makes this place special is that only 35 guests are allowed each day. This ensures everyone is able to appreciate and really enjoy all the awesomeness the frio has to offer.
It DOES cost a bit of money, but trust me…it is worth every penny!
Book your trip early and in advance to make sure you get a spot at this amazing place!
My family and I had a fabulous time, and we will most definitely be back Every year from now on.!
