点评：let’s start with Doug: the man, the myth, the river legend. from the first phone call, he was quick, helpful, and had the kind of quirky charm that makes you wonder if he moonlights as a stand-up comedian or a nature cult leader (the fun kind). He gets it—and he wants you to get it too.
and what you’ll get is pure MAGIC. this private frio river access is tucked under some of the biggest cypress trees we’ve ever seen—like, “should we hug this or apply for a permit to live inside it?” kind of big. The river is CRYSTAL clear, peaceful, and feels like all of the nature and swimming holes surrounding it were carved out just for you. Seriously, it’s so private we started referring to it as our river by the end of the day.
