点评:Disappointing visit - a yearly trip with friends which we have done for the last few years and always has the best time! Next year’s trip will be elsewhere!! The show itself was brilliant it was let down by the service in the box!!! We were shown to the box by a member of staff and told our server would be with us shortly they were aware we were there. One of the party went to ask after waiting a while - again told server will be with you shortly. Server arrived said to late for service show is about to begin catch yous on the interval!!! Went out at the interval spoke to the front of house explained we were not happy with service - I was offered to speak to a manager but I felt enough of the evening had been ruined and said I would send an email. I did say that we expected the server to make it on time. Different server was sent -lovely girl - just a pity we hadn’t had her in the first place! The customer service experience was further let down by the response to the complaint I was literally accused of lying about the time we arrived in the box!!! Totally added insult to injury! This was apologised for alongside an apparent mistake in time! Apparently after checking CCTV with the head of operations - very unprofessional reply from management with excuse after excuse. I had mentioned that I was attending the theatre later in the month with my husband and was offered a bottle of wine- felt this was inappropriate to except considering it was a group visit with friends not just me. Head of operations offered to ring me however as I explained I prefer to do complaints in writing especially where integrity is in question. I have totally been put off the Opera House after this experience!!!!
