A decent kayaking experience, nothing extraordinary

点评：We went to this reservoir for the kayaking experience. They charged us 300₹ for 30 mins of Kayaking which had to be paid in advance. The kayaks were mostly standard sit-on-top double kayaks. We were asked to not go too far and stick to a short distance from the launching site. The reservoir was very calm and not very cloudy or windy that day and it was a pleasant experience kayaking. The view of forests around is fascinating but we couldn't explore much of the waters due to restrictions, whistles get blown when people drift farther away. We were given life jackets still partly wet from the previous day unfortunately. If you go early on a Monday, that may be your experience too. This area and many of its sites focus on income from the weekend crowds, none of the snack outlets were open on Monday morning when we visited.
