Amazing adventures going kayaking and coasteering! Highly recommend!

点评：What an amazing experience! Last week we took part in the Sea kayak safari and the Coasteering Adventure at Stackpole Quay with "Activity Pembrokeshire Ltd". We had such a wonderful time with fantastic instructors and the activities were simply thrilling!! After getting ready for the kayaking (all necessary equipment was provided) and with a brief introduction into handling the paddle etc., we set off, trying ourselves through the rocks if wanted or just paddling along. During the kayaking we received a lot of interesting geological knowledge about the rocks around us and we could try some "garlic bread" seaweed which tasted exactly like that! It was especially great being able to see and paddle inside the numerous caves along the coastline! A great activity for the whole family, as double kayaks can be used aswell!
The coasteering adventure was on another level! Again all equipment was provided, although we were asked to bring old shorts to protect the neoprene suits. Old trainers were the advised footwear (I could borrow some from the center). We learned different jumping techniques depending on the water depths and off we went along the rocks, climbing up and down, jumping into the water, swimming into caves and jumping some more. Different heights for jumps were possible or you could skip the jumping entirely, whatever you felt comfortable with. The instructors never pushed anyone to do something they didn't want to, but were encouraging everyone to try things. We tried more tasty native flora while climbing along the rocks (the instructors had a boundless supply of knowledge on that front too 🙂) and finished everything off with the highest jumps of the day (around 9m) and the thrill following us all the way home 😁! Definitely recommend this experience for everyone who is not (too) afraid of heights and likes a challenge.
