点评：Its been on our "to do list" to visit the magnificent Stormont estate in Belfast so we turned up and parked our motorhome at the main gate. We were on a mini island of Ireland Tour from Sunderland and I have always thought this must be the most stunning design of any building anywhere in the world . The view up to Stormont , the tree lined avenue , the simple road layout the proportion of the frontage . The grass well managed
Everything here is just right and although we are well travelled worldwide this estate is probably the best we have seen.
So on arrival we parked and walked up the one mile road and path up to the security office and after going though security were free to call in as visitors to the main building and allowed access to some areas . All the staff/police security etc were very welcoming and we took pictures of the building and visited the little shop and cafe for coffee and bought few gifts from the shop . In real life Stormont Estate is even more impressive than we ever imagined . Super day and worth going.
