Dirty and snarky, would avoid
Camel Trail Cycle Hire的点评
点评：The team was snarky from the get go. They were unfriendly when we asked them to adjust the height of the seats and they told us off when we asked them to give us the right size kids bike that they had sized up. They waved a hand at us and said we’d be fine. We insisted and they sulkily brought out the right size. Five minutes down the trail our hands were black from l grime on the handles. The website said all day hire, but when we called on the day saying we were running a bit late, they said the day was divided in two, so we decided to come even later for the latter half. When we arrived they told us they wanted us to return it at the end time for the former half. We resisted and they told us we could lock the bikes outside the hire place if no one was there anymore when we arrived. When we did arrive, late, carrying one bike, with a child that had reached their limit many miles ago, we were met by a a member of staff who was berating us and told us he didn’t believe anything we were saying and we weren’t saying much as he was visibly agitated. When we referred to him having said we could lock the bikes outside the shop he said that that wasn’t what he had meant. We aren’t mind readers, we go by what we’re told. Come back to us in twenty years when you have a family of your own, mate. An incredibly disappointing end to our day out in our local area. There are so many bike hires around, no reason to choose these guys.
